Load In: 8am-10am
Expo Hall Hours: 10am-6pm
Load Out: 6pm – 8pm

Internet
Venue Wifi is unreliable. If you plan on vending, take that into consideration.

Loading
The venue has no loading dock. Goods will need to be transported in and out of the venue via hand truck. Carts are available on site.

Parking
Street parking is free in Olympia on weekends at all metered locations and at City owned lots (Franklin Lot, Smart Lot, Percival Landing Park) . Venue parking is limited to active loading only.
