Governance

Governance Structure
The TGA is governed by an Executive Board under the guidance of six Advisory Boards.

Our Executive Board is comprised of a President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and the Executive Chairs of each Advisory Board. The Executive Board meets twice monthly, and Advisory Boards meet 1 or 2 times per month at the discretion of their Chair. All board officers are elected by the membership and serve a 3 year term.

All meetings are held in the TGA Discord, and all minutes and organizational documents are posted to the TGA Wiki (full access limited to members).

Advisory Boards
The TGA, formed in 2023, is slowly building up it’s membership and establishing these Advisory Boards as a place for important conversations, deliberation, and connection so that the Chairs can bring those viewpoints back to the Executive Board to help us better represent our complex industry.
Each board represents a segment of the Tabletop Industry. Segments are overlapping and members may self-identify with more than one segment.
